I had such a good experience here! Lucia at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. She made everything easy and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Great Service – Fast and Reliable! I went to South Broad Auto Repair today for a synthetic oil change on the referral of my nephew, and I’m glad I did! They got me in and out in about 10 minutes — quick, professional, and no hassle at all. The staff was courteous, and the service was top-notch. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both honest and efficient, but this place delivers. After feeling victimized and deceived by a big-name franchise shop that consistently overcharged me for incomplete or nonexistent repairs to keep me coming back, I had almost given up on finding a trustworthy auto shop until I read an online reviewer who recommended South Broad Auto Repair for their fair pricing and quality workmanship. I decided to chance it and bring my older model G6 there for an alternator and battery replacement and I’m so glad I did! The team at South Broad Auto Repair went above and beyond to make sure my car is ready for the winter. They even connected me with a body repairman who restored my bumper and side mirror (from a minor hit-and-run) to factory-quality condition—and at a price far less than Maaco quoted me. I have nothing but positive things to say about South Broad Auto Repair. I blew a head gasket and I was given a recommendation after I took it somewhere else who's quote to fix it was outrageous. I called & talked to Lucia who is amazing, she was able to give me an approximate price over the phone which included a used engine plus the labor. It was literally half the price of the other place. Once I got the car there, she called me about the engine they were able to get with only 45,000 miles on it, once they received the engine my car was done in 2 days. My car drives and sounds awesome. I will definitely be using them for all my future auto needs and will 💯 percent refer family and friends. First time in a long time that I found an honest Auto Repair, Thanks South Broad Auto

SBAP is a top tier family owned business. No attitudes or toxic environment when walking in. I love gotten an oil change and tire installation here and both times customer service has been great. On my most recent visit Lucia helped me with my questions over the phone about tire installation rates and told me to come in right away due to availability. I waited about 30-40 minutes for 4 new tires to be installed and they balanced and stress tested before handing over my keys. I had ordered tires online but Lucia walked me through on how I would have saved $75 had I got the tires through them. I'll remember next 😂 but thank you SBAP I'll be bach
